Some sessions recorded by the ReadiWatch may remain pending review due to factors such as:
Excessive off-wrist time.
Unusually long sleep durations.
A high number of awakenings.
This article explains how to identify these sessions, review the recorded information, and complete the manual approval process.
Step 1. Confirm Pairing and Synchronization
Before reviewing the session, confirm that the device is paired and has synchronized successfully.
Pairing: If the device is not linked, refer to Pairing Troubleshooting.
Synchronization: If no recent synchronization appears, refer to Synchronization Troubleshooting.
If the device is linked and the synchronization was completed successfully, continue to the next step.
Step 2. Review the Synchronization History
In the synchronization history, locate the session corresponding to the affected sleep period.
Identify the Session Type
Review the Type column:
Manual or Manager: The sleep session was added manually. Continue looking for an Automatic session corresponding to the same period.
Automatic: The session came directly from the device and is the one you need to review. It may not be the first item in the list, so check the following records if necessary.
Verify the Session Files
Between the Uploaded At and Scored At columns, confirm that the automatic session contains:
A JSON file.
A CSV file.
The CSV file contains the data recorded by the ReadiWatch, including sensor and actigraphy data. This file appears only for automatic sessions.
Important: If an automatic session does not contain a CSV file, it may be pending review because inconsistencies in the data require additional processing.
Step 3. Find Pending Sessions
To access pending sessions, select your name in the upper-right corner of the screen.
If pending sessions are available, a red indicator will appear next to your name.
Important: You must be in the same location as the user whose data you want to review. For example, if you manage Locations 1 and 2 in Area 1 and the user belongs to Location 2, select Location 2 before continuing.
You will find two tabs:
My Uploads: Sessions that you entered manually.
Location Uploads: User-synchronized sessions that are pending review and approval.
Under Location Uploads, you will likely find the user whose data you are reviewing.
Review the recorded information, make any necessary adjustments, and once the review is complete, approve the session and save the changes.
You will now see that the session information has been updated and the user’s sleep data is displayed correctly.
Repeat this process for all pending sessions listed for the user.
Next Steps
If the issue continues after completing these steps, escalate the case to the Support team for further investigation.
