How to Contact Support

Sending a support ticket through one of our apps will give us internal information to try to understand any issues.

Contacting our support team

There are mainly 3 ways to contact support:

  • Calling our support line 1 (604) 408-0085

  • Sending a Support Request through one of our apps.

This last one is very important as it gives us more information from your case such as your name, location, email, description of your issue, phone/tablet model, OS version, and application version with a copy of your internal app logs that we can use to further investigate any issues.

ReadiOne

To request support through our ReadiOne app you can follow these steps:

  1. Tap the gear icon on the upper right corner.

  2. Tap Help

  3. Tap Contact Support

  4. Select the issue you are experiencing. If your issue is not on the list please select Other

  5. Please describe the issue you are experiencing and include as much information as you can.

  6. Tap Send

  7. Success! We will get your case and will answer you as soon as possible.

ReadiSupervise

To request support through our ReadiSupervise app you can follow these steps:

  1. Tap the gear icon on the upper right corner.

  2. Tap Help

  3. Tap Contact Support

  4. Select the issue you are experiencing. If your issue is not on the list please select Other

  5. Please describe the issue you are experiencing. Include as much information as you can.

  6. Tap Send

  7. Success! We will get your case and will answer you as soon as possible.

ReadiSync

To request support through our ReadiSync app you can follow these steps:

  1. Tap the gear icon on the upper right corner.

  2. Tap Help

  3. Tap Contact Support

  4. Select the issue you are experiencing. If your issue is not on the list please select Other

  5. Please describe the issue you are experiencing. Include as much information as you can.

  6. Tap Send

  7. Success! We will get your case and will answer you as soon as possible.

Note: After submitting your ticket you will get an email confirmation that we have received your request. You don't need to reply to it.
