When a device is not pairing via Bluetooth, the first step is to check the ReadiBand History. This feature provides detailed information about the device's pairing status and history.

Alternatively, you can verify the pairing status by checking ReadiBand and ReadiSync. These tools allow you to track and confirm if a device has been paired recently.

In our web app, if you find an item showing a device in the history, it will provide key details about the pairing, including:

  • Serial Number

  • Paired From

  • Paired To

  • Duration Paired By

  • Unpaired By

If there is an item with a device and the "Paired To" status says "Present," then the device is paired, and there is no pairing issue.

You can confidently rule out pairing problems and explore other potential issues instead. You can refer to the following resources:

However, if there are no items found in the history, or if the "Paired To" section indicates the device was unpaired at a specific time and the user reports the device is not pairing, then you should proceed with troubleshooting.

The following articles provide detailed steps for troubleshooting pairing issues:

If none of the troubleshooting steps resolve the issue, you can contact our support team for further assistance. It's important to note that we will need the app logs to investigate this issue further. When you contact support through the app, the logs will be automatically sent to us. However, if you already have the logs (or you received the logs), please send them along with a description of the steps you’ve tried to resolve the issue. For more details, please refer to our article on how to contact support:
