Troubleshooting Bluetooth Pairing

Learn how to check the pairing status and resolve connection issues between the device and the user’s account.

Check the Pairing Status

When a device does not pair through Bluetooth, first review the ReadiBand History. This section displays the device’s current status and previous pairings.

In the web application, the history may include the following information:

  • Serial Number

  • Paired From

  • Paired Until

  • Pairing Duration

  • Unpaired By

Important: If the device appears in the history and the Paired To field displays Present, it is still linked to the user’s account.

You can also check the pairing status in ReadiOne, ReadiSupervise, or ReadiSync to confirm whether the device was recently paired.

If the issue continues, submit a Support request from the same application in which you are trying to pair the watch: ReadiOne, ReadiSync, or ReadiSupervise.

To do this, go to Settings > Help and create a Support request. This step is important because it automatically sends the application logs needed to identify possible errors during the pairing process.

Also include a description of the issue and the steps you have already completed. For more information, refer to the following article:
