Important: Missing sleep hours do not always mean that the synchronization failed. First, confirm whether the device synced, and then verify whether it recorded enough data.
Check the Latest Synchronization
When a device does not sync as expected, first review the sync history. There, you can check the date and time of the latest synchronization and confirm whether the process was recently completed.
You can also verify this information in ReadiOne or ReadiSync. These applications display the most recent sync activity and help determine whether there is a synchronization issue.

When You See a Recent Sync
If the history or applications show a recent synchronization, the process was completed successfully. In that case, review other possible causes of the reported issue:
If the paired device is a ReadiWatch and you see uploaded sessions that do not include a CSV file, contact Support.
When You Do Not See a Recent Sync
If you do not find a recorded synchronization after reviewing the sync history, continue with the following checks:
Check the Application and Phone
Confirm that:
The phone has a stable internet connection.
The phone has sufficient battery power.
A watch is paired with the phone.
Bluetooth is enabled.
The application is up to date.
The device is close to the phone.
The watch is not connected to another phone or application.
The application has the required permissions enabled.
To confirm that the required permissions are enabled, refer to the appropriate article for the device being used: a tablet with ReadiSync, an Android phone, or an iPhone.
If the issue continues, submit a Support request from the same application in which you are trying to sync the watch: ReadiOne, ReadiSync, or ReadiSupervise.
To do this, go to Settings > Help and create a Support request. This step is important because it automatically sends the application logs needed to identify possible synchronization errors.
Also include a description of the issue and the steps you have already completed. For more information, refer to the following article
