Sometimes, actigraphy readings may present errors, one of which is known as blocky actigraphy. Blocky actigraphy appears as continuous blocks in the chart, either with very high or very low readings, maintaining a single value that forms a block-like pattern.

Unfortunately, ReadiWatches with serial numbers starting with "RB6AAB----" (and earlier batches with similar prefixes) are older models that cannot be fixed, and a replacement is needed.

For newer ReadiWatches, starting with serial numbers "RB6AAC----" (and later batches like D---, E---, etc.), this actigraphy issue can be resolved with a factory reset and re-calibration.
