There a few different ways to create users in our system, in this article, you will be given instructions on how your workers can create their own accounts registering their information through ReadiOne app.
Use this deployment method when:
your users have recent iPhone or Android devices with reliable internet access,
and you want your users to have access to their sleep data

What you'll need to get started
Hand out a ReadiWatch to each user
If users create their own account
Each user will set up their own account once they receive a ReadiWatch. Simply download ReadiOne on Apple or Android smartphones and follow the steps below:
Open ReadiOne on your smartphone.
Click on Create Account and follow the prompts.
Enter your company's organization code. Not sure where to find the organization code, or have not received one from your manager? Please follow this link for more information.
Follow the prompts to enter your information and complete the account setup.
If accounts are already created
If users are already created via our webApp, then the process is slightly different.
Each user will have an account created and an email would be send to that user, then they receive a ReadiWatch:
The email will contain a link that will prompt to the app installation.
Once downloaded, the user will be automatically be forwarded to create password for the first time, please refer to the following guide to complete this process: Password Reset
Pairing Your ReadiWatch
Pairing your watch is the last step of your account setup through ReadiOne. To pair your ReadiWatch, follow the instructions below:
Set up Your ReadiWatch - Make sure your ReadiWatch is turned on by tapping the screen or pressing the side button.
Locate vour ReadiWatch Serial Number - On your ReadiWatch screen you should see a QR code to download ReadiOne and your watch' serial number. It should start with "RB6*".
Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on - verify that your bluetooth is turned on, otherwise the app will not be able to locate your ReadiWatch and pair it to your account.
Enter the serial number into ReadiOne - when prompted during the account setup, enter you watch' serial number. The watch will vibrate when recognized by the app.
Sync Sleep Data Daily - Now that your device is paired, sync your sleep data daily.
