There are several ways you can deploy your ReadiWatches to your users.

While you may use more than one method, the way you begin deploying ReadiWatches depends on whether your users are creating their own accounts, or accounts are being created for them.

#1. Have users create their own accounts

This option is best if:

  • your users have recent iPhone or Android devices with reliable internet access,

  • and your users will have access to their sleep data.

#2. Create accounts for your users

It’s not always practical to have your workforce create their own accounts. For example, if they don’t have suitable personal mobile devices or reliable internet access, or you don’t wish them to have direct access to their data at this time. Below are 3 variations on how to do this.

A. Pair and deploy ReadiWatches to user accounts you create
Best when:

  • you prefer to pair your users ReadiWatches,

  • and your users won't have reliable internet access,

  • and/or your users won't have access to their sleep data.

#3 No PII collected accounts

You may choose to anonymize your user within the system and not collect any personal identifiable information.

This option is often used when:

  • you are running a blind study,

  • your supervisors are not authorized to see user's identifiable data.
