How to: Reset your password
If you're accessing from readiOne
On your phone, open the ReadiOne app and select
SIGN. Then, tap onI forgot my password or don't have one.
Enter your email and select
Send.
You will receive a new email in your inbox with a button labeled
Create a new password. Click on this button. Please make sure you are checking the correct email account, and check your spam and trash folders.
If the ReadiOne app is installed on your device, it should open automatically. Go to step 3.
If you open the link with a mobile or computer browser, you will receive a PIN. Copy this PIN. In the ReadiOne app, at the bottom of your screen, select
I have received a PIN to enter. On the next page, enter the PIN you just received and your new password.
In any case, to create your new password make sure the password is at least 12 characters long, and includes at least one lower case, one upper case, any special character, and any number and they both match just as following. Once ready you can click on
Create Password.
If you're accessing from our web app (browser)
Please access to our web App: https://qa-app.fatiguescience.com/users/sign_in
Once there you can click on
Forgot or don't have a password
Enter your email and hit
Submit
If this email address exists in our system, you will receive reset instructions by email. Once received please click on
Create a new passwordThe button will prompt you to update your password. Please make sure the password is at least 12 characters long, and includes at least one lower case, one upper case, any special character, and any number and they both match just as following. Once ready you can click on
Create Password.
You are all set! Your password should be changed and you should have access to our system now. You will receive an email confirming the password has been reset. There is no need to reply back.
