We are excited to announce the new web interface for managing your users, groups and locations. This release brings significant improvements with a focus on empowering users and modernizing our platform.
What’s New for You?
Manage users, groups, and locations directly in the Configure section, no need to visit ReadiManage anymore
You can go to Configure > User Management > Users to manage users in your area.
You can go to Configure > User Management > Groups to manage groups in your area.
You can go to Configure > User Management > Locations to manage locations in your area.
Renaming Roles
One of the biggest changes is renaming some of the roles of users:
ReadiBand Wearer is now Readi User
Location Manager is now Supervisor
New Look of the User Page
The user page also has a new look. It shows the user's information in a more seamless format.
New Look of the Location Page
In the location page, you are able to see some user statistics within the Location such as Total Users, Activated Users etc. The Address field automatically updates the location's time zone as well.
New User Permission Interface
More robust permissions management and multi-location access.
There are new permissions added. Here is a help article that outlines what each permission does.
Old Interface
The old interface is still available, but most links will now redirect to the new web interface. We will be making additional updates gradually as we transition away from the old interface.
