Here are more information about each user permission:

There are two types of permissions:

  1. Global Permission - These permissions apply to ALL locations the user has access to.

  2. Location Permission - These permissions apply ONLY to a specific location the user has access to.


Administrative Functions

Manage Users (Location Permission)

This permission allows the user to do the following for the specific location:

  • Create new users

  • Edit user information

  • Move user to another location

  • Deactivate users

  • Create, edit and delete groups

Manage Actions (Location Permission)

This permission allows the user to do the following for actions created by others in the specific location this is enabled:

  • Edit actions created by others

  • Reassign actions created by others

  • Complete actions created by others

  • Delete actions created by others

Manage Location Details (Global Permission)

This permission allows the user to do the following:

  • Create new locations in all managed areas of the user

  • Edit location details in all managed locations of the user

  • Delete locations that are managed by the user and does not have any users

When the user creates a new location, the user automatically gets the Manage Users permission for the new location.

Manage Schedules (Global Permission)

This permission allows the user to do the following:

  • Create shifts, shift plans and schedules

  • Edit shifts, shift plans and schedules

  • Archive or Delete shifts, shift plans and schedules

  • Edit user schedule for users in managed locations

  • Upload schedules in CSV format

  • Upload Time and Attendance


ReadiScore Visibility

View ReadiScore Data (Location Permission)

This permission allows the user to view individual and average ReadiScore Data with the operators' names anonymized for the specific location

This permission allows the user to do the following for a specific location:

  • Viewing the ReadiScore chart in ReadiSleep

  • Viewing any ReadiScore on ReadiSleep

  • Viewing any ReadiScore curves on a user's sleep charts in the Detail tab

  • Accessing the Export and ReadiScore tabs in ReadiSleep

  • Accessing ReadiSupervise

View Named ReadiScores (Location Permission)

This permission allows the user to see the names of the operators whose ReadiScore Data are shown in the charts and tables for the specific location

This permission can only be enabled if View ReadiScore Data permission is enabled for the specific location

View Off Duty ReadiScores (Global Permission)

This permission allows the user to see the ReadiScores outside of scheduled working hours

This permission only applies to the locations with View Named ReadiScore permission enabled


Sleep Data Visibility

View Average Sleep Metrics (Location Permission)

This permission allows users to see the users' average sleep period details (sleep quantity, efficiency, time in bed) over a given period of time with the users' names anonymized for the specific location

View Named Average Sleep Metrics (Location Permission)

This permission allows users to see the names of the users in their sleep period details for the specific location

This permission can only be enabled if View Average Sleep Metrics is enabled for the specific location

View Sleep Period Details (Location Permission)

This permission allows users to see the following for the specific location:

  • Individual sleep details (start time, end time, length, time in bed)

  • Individual sleep efficiency

  • Access to details sleep graphs of users

  • Raw actigraphy data indicating wrist movements

This permission can only be enabled if View Named Average Sleep Metrics is enabled for the specific location

Edit Named Sleep (Location Permission)

This permission allows user to edit another user’s sleep for the specific location

This permission can only be enabled if View Sleep Period Details is enabled for the specific location
