Connecting Readi to your Fitbit device

On a mobile device:

Prerequisites

  • The Fitbit app (iOS App Store, Google Play) is installed on your phone.

  • You have a Fitbit account created.

  • Your Fitbit device is linked to your Fitbit account.

  • The ReadiOne app (iOS App Store, Google Play) is installed on your phone.

  • The Location to which your Readi user belongs has the feature Allow users to sync supported third-party hardware enabled.

Connecting your Fitbit account with your Readi account

  1. Open the ReadiOne application and sign in.

  2. Go to More > Settings > Device.

  3. Click on the Complete device setup link.

  4. Click on the Fitbit option.

    1. If the Fitbit option is not activated, it means that the last requirement has not been met. Please contact Fatigue Science support for assistance.

  5. A web page should automatically open, proceed to sign in with your Fitbit credentials here. The credentials used to sign in to the Fitbit app.

  6. Allow Readi to access your Fitbit data. Select Allow all.

  7. The process of connecting Readi and Fitbit has been completed.

Sync your Fitbit device through the Fitbit app. Your sleep data will automatically sync with your Readi account and can be viewed in the ReadiOne app.

Get ReadiWatch Clock Face on your Fitbit

Through our webApp:

  1. Once you are logged in, click on your name on the top right corner, and select Sleep Integrations.

  2. There will be a set of instructions there, be sure to follow them to connect your Fitbit account

  3. Make sure to leave active Fitbit. And follow instructions as follow:
