Recommended Actions
Recommended Actions help supervisors, dispatchers, and administrators identify, assign, and complete important actions for upcoming and future shifts.
Based on rules configured in the Readi web platform, Readi creates actions for drivers or operators whose ReadiScore is expected to cross the configured threshold during their shift. This turns risk and forecast information into clear next steps that teams can act on.
How it works
Rules are configured in the web version of Readi. These rules define when Recommended Actions should be created.
When applicable, a Recommended Actions button appears near the bottom of the ReadiSupervise mobile screen.
Selecting the button opens a detailed list of actions for the current shift.
Each recommendation includes the driver or operator, action type, due date and time, and the expected ReadiScore at the time the action is due.
Selecting a driver or operator opens the Action Details screen, where users can review details, assign the action, complete it, and add completion notes.
Once an action is assigned or completed, it is available in the Actions tab with its current status: Scheduled, Completed, or Overdue.
Recommended Actions that are not assigned or completed disappear when the shift ends. New recommendations are created for each new shift according to the configured rules.
Additional improvements
Added Individuals tab selection. (accessible by clicking on the “3-dot” button next to the tabs)
Users can now select what Tabs add/remove to the “Individuals” screen
Added video tutorials. (accessible under the menu “Help” now located in the Hamburger menu)
Added a hamburger menu for easier navigation.
Users can now access several different menus in a single location by clicking on the hamburger menu.
Moved Sync nearby devices to the Sync tab.
Users can now actively try to sync nearby devices by clicking “Start” under the Sync tab
Updated the Today icon and Upcoming filter in the Actions tab.
Users can now easily recognize the status of each action. The color code now follows the one set in Readi Supervise Web
Removed text from the Shift area on the ReadiSupervise home screen and moved Chips higher on the page.
Users have more screen space to see the list of users details.
Tabs are now displayed according to the supervisor’s permissions and selected segment.
Added an empty state for users whose area access has expired.
Added a Back option to the Create New Password and We’ve Sent You an Email screens.
