ReadiWatch Warranty Information & How to Submit a Request

Overview

Fatigue Science provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty for all ReadiWatch devices. This warranty applies to hardware defects under normal use and begins on the date the device is shipped.

Fatigue Science reserves the right to determine eligibility for warranty coverage upon review.


Warranty Period

  • Coverage duration: 1 year from shipment date

  • Applies to original devices issued or purchased through Fatigue Science


What Is Covered

The warranty covers verified hardware defects, including:

  • Battery issues (e.g., excessive battery drain not caused by usage patterns)

  • Display issues (device does not turn on or screen content is not displaying properly)

  • Power failures (device does not power on)

  • Sensor malfunctions (device fails to record sleep data due to confirmed hardware failure)

All claims are subject to technical review and verification.


What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (cracked screens, damaged straps, impact damage)

  • Water damage caused by misuse

  • Cosmetic wear and tear

  • Issues caused by improper use or user error

  • Devices reported after the 1-year warranty period

  • Lost or stolen devices


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your device has a hardware issue, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact Technical Support

Step 2: Provide the Following Information

To help us review your request efficiently, include:

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the problem

  • Serial number (located on the device or packaging)

  • Troubleshooting steps already attempted (You can look at troubleshooting steps in this link)

Incomplete submissions may delay processing.


Sensor Debugging Information (If Requested)

For potential sensor-related issues, our Technical Support team may request Sensor Debugging photos from your ReadiWatch to verify hardware malfunction.

Instructions for accessing Sensor Debugging mode can be provided upon request.


What Happens Next

Once your claim is submitted:

  1. Our Technical Support team will review the case.

  2. Additional information may be requested if needed.

  3. If approved, a replacement device will be issued.

Shipping instructions and timelines will be provided upon approval.


Additional Terms

  • Warranty replacements are issued at the sole discretion of Fatigue Science.

  • The warranty applies only to hardware defects under normal use conditions.

  • This warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
