We're excited to introduce a new feature in ReadiSupervise designed to make supporting your team even easier.
You can now add your Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and access them directly within the Today Forecast. This will help your supervisors have a clear, step-by-step guidance of when they need to create actions for operators that reach a specific ReadiScore threshold. You can see a button called Procedures at the top right corner of the Today Forecast in ReadiSupervise.
You can write and edit your Standard Operating Procedure by navigating to Configure > Other > Procedure.
