There are no users in the selected area or all users are disabled.

  • There are no users within the selected Area and Locations you manage, or all users you manage are deactivated.

    • Sign in to the Readi Web Application to confirm the users within the selected Area in ReadiSync, and the Locations you manage within that Area, exist or are not deactivated.

There are no users or devices that match the search criteria.

  • The name of a user, location, or device serial number entered into the search bar does not match any user, location, or paired device within the list.

    • Confirm your search criteria matches one of the users, the parent location of a user, or a paired device within the users list.

    • Confirm that the user you are searching for is enabled.

    • Confirm that you manage the parent location of the user you are searching for.

    • Confirm that you have selected the correct parent Area of the user you are searching for.

There are no unpaired devices within range.

  • Your mobile device cannot detect unpaired ReadiWatch or ReadiBand devices, or the serial number entered into the search bar does not match a device within the list.

    • Confirm you have granted the ReadiSync application Bluetooth permission.

    • Confirm your mobile device has Bluetooth enabled.

    • Confirm your search criteria matches one of the devices within the devices list.

You can't update the device's name, the device was registered in another area or location you don't have access to. Please contact support.

  • Sync stations are registered into the system once. If you manage the Location of the user who registered the sync station, then you will be able to edit the name of the sync station.
