Reset Your Readi Password

Your Readi account has an Email

1. Open the ReadiSync application.

2. Tap the button SIGN IN.

3. Tap the link I forgot my password or don't have one.

4. Enter and submit the email address associated with your account.

A password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

5. If you are accessing the password reset email from a device with the ReadiSync application installed.

6. Open the password reset email and tap the button Create a new password.

7. Create a new password and tap the button SUBMIT.

5. If you are accessing the password reset email from a device without the ReadiSync application installed.

6. Open the password reset email and tap the button Create a new password.

Remember the Password Reset PIN displayed.

7. Tap the link I've received a PIN to enter.

8. Enter the Password Reset PIN and tap the button SUBMIT.

9. Create a new password and tap the button SUBMIT.

Your Readi account only has a Username

1. Open the ReadiSync application.

2. Tap the button SIGN IN.

3. Tap the link I forgot my password or don't have one.

4. Enter and submit the username associated with your account.

A password reset email for your account will be sent to the email address of your Readi program managers.

5. Tap the link I've received a PIN to enter.

6. Enter the Password Reset PIN and tap the button SUBMIT.

Request the Password Reset PIN from your Readi program manager(s).

7. Create a new password and tap the button SUBMIT.
