Notifications in ReadiSupervise

Updated over a week ago

ReadiSupervise supports helpful mobile push notifications that ensure supervisors stay information and take timely action. This article covers two types of notifications available in the mobile app: Fatigue Risk Notifications and Scheduled Action Notifications.

1. Fatigue Risk Notifications (via Subscriptions)

Supervisors can set up Fatigue Alert Subscriptions to receive proactive alerts about crew and individual fatigue risk. While supervisors don't receive fatigue alerts by default, these subscriptions allow them to stay informed about risk levels within specific Locations, Groups, and Users.

To get started, supervisors can follow the steps in this guide to add subscriptions:

Crew Fatigue Notifications

  • Send before the start of a shift selected in the subscription.

  • Alerts the supervisor how many users in the subscription's segment will have a ReadiScore below the default risk threshold of 70.

  • Example message: Fatigue warning for 3 of 10 crew members on today's Night Shift in Site A.

Individual User Fatigue Alerts

  • Sent throughout the shift if any user in the subscription segment and shift approaches a key fatigue threshold or hits a specific ReadiScore.

  • Includes the user's name to help supervisors take targeted action.

Optional Feature

Individual user fatigue alerts can be sent based on forecasted ReadiScores using ReadiML. This must be enabled by our team for your home area. Without this feature, individual user alerts are based only on real ReadiSore data.

Crew fatigue notifications are based on real and estimated RadiScore data, regardless of this setting.

2. Scheduled Action Notifications

Supervisors also receive reminders for scheduled actions, which are actions with a set Due At date and time. You will receive notifications only for actions where you are the Person Responsible.

Notifications you will receive:

  • When a scheduled action is assigned to you

  • 1 hour before the Due At time (if not yet completed)

  • At the Due At time (if still incomplete)

  • 1 hour after the Due At time (if still incomplete)

  • If an overdue action is reassigned to you

These reminders help you stay accountable and ensure important tasks are not missed.
