Log A Scheduled Action

You can plan and assign fatigue-related interventions by logging a Scheduled Action. Scheduled Actions include a due date and time and can be completed later when the action is carried out.

Step 1: Tap the Log Action Button

  • Look for the + blue button in the bottom-right corner of the app.

  • Select Scheduled Action when prompted to choose between a completed or scheduled action.

Tip: If you start from the Individual User Details page, the user will be pre-selected as the action’s target.

Step 2: Fill Out Action Details

1. Select Target Type

  • Choose from:

    • User

    • Location

    • Group

2. Select the Target

Tap the Select User, Select Location, or Select Group button, depending on your selection.

  • You’ll see a list filtered by your access level within the selected Area.

3. Select Action Type

Tap to pick from predefined Action Types configured for your organization.

  • These are managed in the web versions of ReadiAnalytics or ReadiSupervise.

4. Select Person Responsible

Tap the Select Person Responsible button to pick from Location or Company Managers you have access to in the selected Area.

  • Tap Add yourself to assign the action to yourself.

  • Only actions where you are the Person Responsible will appear on your Actions tab in the app.

  • You must ensure the selected Person Responsible manages the selected Target.

5. Set “Due at” Date and Time (Required for Scheduled Actions)

  • Choose when the action is expected to be conducted.

  • You can select any date/time up to one year in the future.

6. Notes (Optional)

  • Use this field to provide details or expectations for the action.

  • These Notes are separate from the Completion Notes below.

Step 3: (Optional) Add Completion Notes

Expand the Completion Notes section if you'd like to mark the action as complete immediately:

  • Completed At:

    • Optional at this stage. If entered, the Scheduled Action will be marked complete upon saving.

    • Must be a time in the past, within the last year.

  • Completion Notes (Optional):

    • Use this to describe what was done once the action is completed.

Step 4: Save the Action

Once all required fields are completed, the SAVE button in the top-right corner will become active. Tap it to save the action.

Your Completed Action is now logged and visible in the Actions tab, provided you are the Person Responsible.
