Contacting our support team

As a manager or supervisor, you will primarily contact our tech support team via email at help@fatiguescience.com. In certain instances, you may also submit a ticket through our ReadiSync or ReadiSupervise apps to escalate issues that require immediate attention.

What to Include When Contacting Tech Support:

  • A detailed explanation of the issue you're escalating, ensuring you include as many specifics as possible.

  • Relevant information such as email addresses, serial numbers of watches and bands, and the names of affected users.

  • User names and location names exactly as they appear in the system.
