As a manager or supervisor, you will primarily contact our tech support team via email at help@fatiguescience.com. In certain instances, you may also submit a ticket through our ReadiSync or ReadiSupervise apps to escalate issues that require immediate attention.
What to Include When Contacting Tech Support:
A detailed explanation of the issue you're escalating, ensuring you include as many specifics as possible.
Relevant information such as email addresses, serial numbers of watches and bands, and the names of affected users.
User names and location names exactly as they appear in the system.
