Manager and supervisors with Location Manager access can create users within their location in the system.
There a few different ways to create users in our system, in this article, you will be given instructions on how to create the users within the system yourself using only the workers' first name, last name, and optionally, their ID number.
To create a user, please follow the instructions below:
Log into Readi
Navigate to ReadiSleep or ReadiManage
Find your name on the top right corner and click on the first option from the drop down menu Manage Locations.
Select the location in which you want to create the user.
Click on the Add User button.
Enter the user First Name, Last Name, and optionally, their ID number under Identifier and click Save.
You can edit a user's information if needed. To do that, follow the instructions below.
Edit User:
Locate the user you want to edit.
Click on the pencil icon at the end of their row.
Update the information and click Save.
You can also disable or delete a user if you wish. To deactivate or delete a user, follow the instructions below.
Deactivate user:
Locate the user you want to edit.
Click on the pencil icon at the end of their row.
Toggle the Deactivate Account checkbox and click Save.
NOTE: If the user you need to deactivate has a ReadiWatch or ReadiBand assigned to them, you will first need to Unpair the Device to be able to deactivate a user. For instruction on how to unpair a device, please see this article. Once you deactivate the user, their sleep data will automatically be excluded from all reports.
Delete User:
Locate the user you want to edit.
Click on the trashcan icon at the end of their row.
Confirm that you want to delete the user on the prompt by clicking Delete User.
NOTE: If the user you want to delete has sleep data associated with their account (has ever captured sleep through a sleep capturing device such as ReadiWatch or ReadiBand) you will not be able to perform this action. However, as mentioned above, if the user is deactivated their data will be excluded from all reports.
