To review your past sleep data, tap the Sleep History icon located at the top of the Today page in the ReadiOne application. This opens the Sleep History page, where you can view, manage, and explore your sleep data over time.
Key Features of the Sleep History Page
Weekly View: By default, the page shows the last 7 days.
Date Navigation: Use the arrow buttons on either side of the date range to move forward or backward in 7-day increments.
Daily Sleep Cards: Each day displays one or more sleep cards that visually represent your sleep periods.
Expandable Cards: Tap any card to expand it and view more detailed sleep data or collapse it for a simplified overview.
Add a Manual Sleep Entry
Need to log sleep manually? Tap the Add Sleep button directly on the Sleep History page.
Manual sleep entries are also limited to the past 30 days.
Edit or Delete Sleep Periods
You can edit any sleep period recorded within the last 30 days by tapping the individual sleep card.
During the editing process, you’ll also have the option to delete the sleep period if needed.
