On the Today page in the ReadiOne application, you'll find an interactive chart that displays your ReadiScore over a 24-hour period, helping you understand how your ReadiScore is projected to change throughout the day.
What the Chart Shows:
Y-Axis: ReadiScore
X-Axis: Time of day (6 hours in the past, 18 hours into the future)
Data Source, ReadiScores based on:
Sleep data recorded by a sleep tracking device
ReadiML predictions
The ReadiScore curve:
The chart displays a smooth curve representing your ReadiScore over time.
Every data point on the curve is spaced at 10-minute intervals.
Interacting with the chart:
By default, the chart displays your ReadiScore at the current time.
You can tap and drag your finger along the curve to explore your ReadiScore at any point in the 24-hour window.
As you move, an information badge appears showing:
The selected time
Your ReadiScore at that time
The corresponding slower reaction time you will exhibit
Forecasted Sleep Periods:
If there is a forecasted sleep period (your ideal sleep opportunity based on your work schedule):
This period is represented by a grey block over your ReadiScore
