Tap on the
+ Add
button from the Today page.Alternatively, tap the Sleep History button to enter the Sleep History page, then tap on the
+ Add
button.
Set the start and end dates and times for the manual sleep entry by tapping the four available buttons.
Tap on the
Save
button.Your newly registered sleep will be visible on the Today and Sleep History pages.
Important Considerations:
New sleep cannot be added beyond 30 days in the past.
New sleep cannot be added in the future.
New sleep cannot be longer than 14 hours in duration.
New sleep cannot be shorter than 15 minutes in duration.
New sleep that overlaps existing sleep will display a warning, but is allowed.
