Activate Your Account

An account has been created for you, and you are invited to activate it.

An account activation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Activate through a browser

For Managers

  1. Click the button Activate my account.

  2. Create a password and accept the Acceptable Use Policy.

For regular users

  1. Click the link Activate your account from your computer.

  2. Create a password and accept the Acceptable Use Policy.

Activate through one of our mobile applications

1. Open one of the Readi mobile applications.

2. Tap the button SIGN IN.

3. Tap the link I forgot my password or don't have one.

4. Enter and submit the email address associated with your account.

A password reset email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

5. If you are accessing the password reset email from a device with the Readi application installed.

6. Open the password reset email and tap the button Create a new password.

7. Create a new password and tap the button SUBMIT.

8. Tap the button I AGREE.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

9. If you are accessing the confirmation email from a device with the Readi application installed.

10. Open the confirmation email and tap the button Confirm my email.

9. If you are accessing the confirmation email from a device without the Readi application installed.

10. Open the confirmation email and tap the button Confirm my email.

Remember the Activtion PIN displayed.

11. Tap the link I've received a PIN to enter.

12. Enter the Activation PIN and tap the button OK.

5. If you are accessing the password reset email from a device without the Readi application installed.

6. Open the password reset email and tap the button Create a new password.

Remember the Password Reset PIN displayed.

7. Tap the link I've received a PIN to enter.

8. Enter the Password Reset PIN and tap the button SUBMIT.

9. Create a new password and tap the button SUBMIT.

10. Tap the button I AGREE.

Create and activate your account through the ReadiOne application.

Organizations using Single Sign On (SSO) will not be required to create Readi passwords. The activation process for organizations using SSO will be simplified and more secure.

Here are two examples of invited users activating their Readi accounts using SSO.

Example 1: An SSO user activating their account via the account activation email.

Simply open the account activation link within the account activation email sent to the email address associated with your Readi account.

Example 2: An SSO user activating their account by signing in to our web application.

Simply enter the email address associated with your Readi account into our login page. You will be redirected to your organization's authentication page.

The activation flow will be identical on a mobile device. That means, like in example 2, you can sign in and activate your account using the ReadiOne, ReadiSupervise, or ReadiSync application.
