We are sorry to hear that you’d like to delete your Readi account or your Readi data.

How to delete your account

You can submit a Support Ticket through one of our apps. Find details instructions here:

You can select Delete my Readi Account as subject, and provide any additional information.

Alternatively, you can send an email to help@fatiguescience.com from the email registered to your account with subject “Delete my Readi account” with any additional information.

How to Contact Support

You can select Other Issue and include a description of the data you’d like removed.

Alternatively, you can send an email to help@fatiguescience.com from the email registered to your account with subject “Delete my Readi data” with a description of the data you’d like deleted.

What to expect after a request to delete your account or data:

  • Permanent deletion of all data associated with your account (restoration of data unavailable):

    • Historical sleep data collected from your ReadiWatch or manually input into the system.

    • Historical ReadiScores and all generated Fatigue Metrics.

    • Sleep questionnaire responses.

    • All other personal information collected or derived for presentation in the platform.

  • Removal of platform access including ReadiOne, ReadiSync, ReadiSupervise, and ReadiAnalytics

Note: If you belong to a Readi Fatigue Risk Management corporate program, your program manager will be contacted regarding this request.
