Deleting Your Readi Account

To permanently delete your Readi account, you may choose one of the following methods:

Option 1: Submit a Support Ticket

Submit a request through one of our mobile applications.

  • Select “Delete my Readi Account” as the subject.

  • Include any relevant information to support your request.

Option 2: Email Support

Send an email to help@fatiguescience.com from the email address registered to your Readi account.

  • Use the subject line: “Delete my Readi account”

  • Include any additional details in the body of the message.

Requesting Deletion of Personal Data

If you wish to have some or all of your personal data removed without deleting your entire account, please use one of the following methods:

Option 1: Submit a Support Ticket

Submit a request through one of our mobile applications.

  • Select “Other Issue” as the subject.

  • Specify the data you would like to have deleted.

Option 2: Email Support

Send a request to help@fatiguescience.com from your registered email address.

  • Use the subject line: “Delete my Readi data”

  • Include a description of the data you wish to have removed.


What to Expect

Once your request is processed, the following actions will occur. These changes are permanent and cannot be undone:

  • Deletion of all historical sleep data collected via ReadiWatch or entered manually

  • Removal of ReadiScores and associated fatigue metrics

  • Deletion of any questionnaire responses

  • Erasure of any personal information stored or processed in the Readi platform

  • Loss of access to the Readi platform, the web application and mobile applications

Note: If your account is part of a corporate Readi Fatigue Risk Management program, your program manager will be notified of your request.
