FAST (Fatigue Avoidance Scheduling Tool)

Note: FAST is only available on computers running the Windows operating system.

FAST is used to assess and predict the impact of work schedules on employee fatigue. It's particularly useful in industries where irregular schedules, night shifts, or long working hours can significantly affect the health and performance of workers, such as in transportation, mining, healthcare, and public safety.

FAST utilizes scientific models to predict fatigue levels based on sleep patterns, work schedules, and other factors. It enables managers and schedule planners to make informed decisions to improve workplace safety and productivity by optimizing work schedules to minimize fatigue-related risks.
