Trends will show you the trends and tendencies for fatigue areas and hotspots over a certain period of time.

How to run Trends:

  1. Log into Readi

  2. Navigate to ReadiAnalytics

  3. Select Trends from the Historical menu in the sidebar at the left of the page.

  4. Click the Chart Data Dropdown and select Fatigue Risk Profile.

  5. Find and select the Locations and/or Groups you want the data for on the first Segment Dropdown

  6. Select the shifts you want to analyze (i.e. Day Shift, Night Shift, Afternoon Shift). SIDE NOTE: If you selected Day and Night Shifts but the group/location you selected only has Night Shifts, or has only worked Night Shift within the time frame selected, you will only see the results for the Night Shift.

  7. Enter the Start Date and End Date for the timeframe you wish to generate the Snapshot report. If no users on the selected groups or locations have any historical data (device captured data), you might not see any data.

  8. Click the Submit button:

Understanding the Trends Data:

Daily Data:

This is where you can see the the percentage of work hours that were spent on each level of fatigue based on the data from the groups/locations and timeframe selected. Just hover over the bars to see the how many hours were be spent on each level of fatigue. Off days are excluded from this view.

Hourly Data:

This is where you can see the ReadiScores by hour for all days included in this timeframe. You can pull on the bar at the bottom to scroll over the different dates. Just hover over the graph to see the different ReadiScores over the hours and days you want. Off days are included in this view.

Weekly Data:

This is where you can see the trends in fatigue levels and how they differ from week to the next. The image above shows all levels of fatigue. You can hover over the graph to see the percentage and work hours affected. Off days are included in this view.

High risk only showing:

For better visibility, on the right corner, indicated by the red rectangle, of the screen in the image above, you can toggle to be shown only the High Risk areas of fatigue. The high Risk only filter is also available for the Daily data.

Average Levels Showing:

Different than the other 2 graphs, this one will show you the average ReadiScores for the given weeks, and not the percentage of time spent on each level of fatigue. Just hover over the graph to see more work hour details. The Show average level filter is also available to the Daily data.

Heatmap:

To access the Heatmap, just run the selected Trends and click on Heatmap on the top right corner of the pane:

The Heatmap will show you the ReadiScores for each hour (from 0:00 to 23:00) for all days included on the timeframe you chose:

The system will automatically filter to highlight the work hours only. Just click on the Filter option on the top right corner of this pane if you'd like to highlight other times. You can choose to highlight Work Hours, Buffer zone, Assumed Sleep Hours, and Assumed Idle Hours.

SIDE NOTE: If you selected more than 30 days worth of data for the Trends Report, the Heatmap view show you only the most recent 30 days worth of data
