ReadiWatch ReadiOne Pairing and Syncing for iPhone

Here there will be some troubleshooting steps to try to solve any pairing/syncing issues.

Warning: Do not unpair your ReadiWatch through the ReadiOne application or Factory Reset your ReadiWatch to troubleshoot syncing issues. Performing either of these actions prior to syncing your ReadiWatch will discard all data stored on the device. Factory resetting your ReadiWatch to troubleshoot pairing issues is recommended. This action is irreversible.


Note: The Settings menus for Apple devices may vary depending on the manufacturer. If you experience any issues locating settings in ReadiOne, or on your phone's settings, please consult the phone manufacturer's website for further assistance.

Precheck

  • Confirm the ReadiWatch charges.

  • Confirm the ReadiWatch powers on.

  • Confirm the ReadiWatch is detected while scanning for new Bluetooth devices.

    • This step will only work with the help of an Android mobile device or a Windows PC. Skip this step if you do not have either available to you.

    • Go to Settings > Bluetooth > Pair/Add new device. Allow your device to scan for a couple of seconds. Confirm one of the available devices is FSRB6A. Perform this step while isolated from other ReadiWatch devices to prevent accidental detection of other functional ReadiWatch devices.

Configure

Ensure the following is complete or enabled:

  • You have a strong and stable Internet connection using Wi-Fi or mobile/cellular data.

  • Bluetooth on your iPhone is enabled.

  • Allow ReadiOne to access Bluetooth.

    • Tap Settings on the Home Screen (or in the App Library). Navigate down and tap on the ReadiOne application. Set the Bluetooth toggle on.

  • Airplane mode is disabled on your ReadiWatch.

    • From the home screen swipe left, swipe up, tap on Settings, and set Plane Mode off.

  • Forget the ReadiWatch from the Bluetooth menu on your iPhone.

    • Go to Settings > Bluetooth, find the device you want to unpair, tap the More Info button , then Forget This Device.

Troubleshooting

  1. Open ReadiOne and sign out.

    1. Presione Settings > SIGN OUT

  2. Power off your iPhone, then power it back on.

  3. Power off your ReadiWatch, then power it back on.

    1. Press and hold the syde button, then tap Shut Down. Hold button to turn back on.

  4. Open ReadiOne, sign in, and attempt to pair or sync.

    1. Your iPhone will display a Bluetooth pairing request for the ReadiWatch, FSRB6A. Accept this request by tapping on Pair.

  5. Submit a support request through ReadiOne. Go to Help > Contact Support. *

If the above steps fail, try the following:

  1. Reset your iPhone's Bluetooth settings. **

    1. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

  2. Uninstall the ReadiOne application.

  3. Reconnect to the Internet and install ReadiOne again.

  4. Open ReadiOne, sign in, and attempt to pair or sync.

    1. Your iPhone will display a Bluetooth pairing request for the ReadiWatch, FSRB6A. Accept this request by tapping on Pair.

  5. Submit a support request through ReadiOne. Go to Help > Contact Support. *

* Submitting a support request through the ReadiOne app will automatically attach a copy of the application’s logs for our team to analyze. Please include your ReadiWatch’s serial number.

** This will reset all Bluetooth connections, Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you have used before.

Additional advice

  • Update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.

  • Ensure your ReadiWatch is updated with the latest firmware update available.

  • If you are using Wi-Fi, try using mobile/cellular data. If you are using mobile/cellular data, try using Wi-Fi.

  • Confirm other Bluetooth devices work with your iPhone. For example, wireless headphones.

  • Retry all the information within this document with another mobile device.

  • If you use more than one phone or tablet to sync, make sure the other device is not nearby. If the device is nearby, turn off Bluetooth on it.

  • Your iPhone does not have Low Power Mode on, which may affect connectivity features.
