Warning: Do not unpair the ReadiWatch through ReadiOne or perform a factory reset to resolve synchronization issues. These actions will permanently delete any data stored on the watch that has not yet been synchronized.
Note: Menu names and locations may vary depending on the device manufacturer and Android version. If you cannot find an option in ReadiOne or the device settings, consult the manufacturer’s instructions.
1. Check the ReadiWatch
Confirm that:
The watch has sufficient battery power.
The watch turns on and responds normally.
The watch is near the phone.
Airplane Mode is disabled on the ReadiWatch.
From the Home screen, swipe left, swipe up, select Settings, and turn off Airplane Mode.
2. Check the Connection and ReadiOne Permissions
Confirm that the phone:
Has a stable internet connection through Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Has Bluetooth enabled.
Has Location Services enabled.
Go to Settings > Location and enable Location Services.
Allows ReadiOne to access the required permissions:
Go to Settings > Apps > ReadiOne > Permissions.
Allow access to Nearby Devices or Bluetooth.
Allow access to Location and select Allow all the time.
Has ReadiOne notifications enabled.
Go to Settings > Apps > ReadiOne > Notifications and enable Allow notifications.
Important: Notifications must remain enabled. When sleep data has finished processing and the scores are available, the system sends a notification that allows ReadiOne to refresh and retrieve them. If notifications are disabled, the application will still refresh periodically, but the scores may take longer to appear.
3. Restart and Try Again
Open ReadiOne and log out.
Select Settings > LOG OUT.
Turn off the phone or tablet, then turn it back on.
Restart the ReadiWatch:
Press and hold the side button.
Select Power Off.
Press and hold the side button again to turn it on.
Open ReadiOne and log in.
Try to pair or synchronize the watch again.
4. If the Previous Steps Were Unsuccessful, Try the Following
Reset the network settings on the phone.
Generally, go to Settings > System > Advanced Settings > Reset Options > Reset Network Settings. Contact the device manufacturer for assistance if necessary.
Important: This will reset all previously used Bluetooth connections, Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings.
Uninstall the ReadiOne application.
Reconnect to the internet and reinstall ReadiOne.
Open ReadiOne, log in, and try to pair or synchronize the watch again.
5. Send Logs to Support
If the issue continues, submit a Support request through ReadiOne before uninstalling the application:
Settings > Help > Contact Support
When you submit the request through ReadiOne, the application logs will be attached automatically. These logs help identify possible issues related to permissions, Bluetooth, or synchronization.
Include:
The ReadiWatch serial number.
A description of the issue.
The error message, if one appears.
The steps you have already completed.
Additional Tips
If the issue continues, review the following:
Update the mobile device: Confirm that the latest version of Android and all available updates are installed.
Update the ReadiWatch: Confirm that the watch has the latest firmware version installed.
Switch connections: If you are using Wi-Fi, try mobile data. If you are using mobile data, try Wi-Fi.
Test Bluetooth: Confirm that the phone or tablet can connect to another Bluetooth device, such as wireless headphones.
Avoid simultaneous connections: If you use more than one device for synchronization, move the other devices away or temporarily disable their Bluetooth.
Turn off Battery Saver: This mode may limit Bluetooth, Location Services, and ReadiOne’s background activity.
Review ReadiOne’s battery settings: In the application settings, select Unrestricted or Don’t optimize, if these options are available.
Try another device: If possible, install ReadiOne on another compatible Android device and try to pair or synchronize again.
