Only one ReadiWatch can be paired to a user at a time. So if a ReadiWatch is lost or damaged, or is being given to a new person, it'll have to be unpaired.

Where can I unpair the ReadiWatches?

  • Sync app

  • Web app

  • ReadiOne (unpaired by user)

If you don't have ReadiSync installed on your iPad yet:

First, find out if your iPad can run the Sync app. If it's compatible, follow the steps below.

  1. Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores and log in with an Apple ID.

  2. Go to Settings > General then set Auto-Lock to Never, Restrictions to Off and disable the Lock/Unlock.

  3. Go to Settings > General > Date & Time to ensure the Time Zone is configured correctly and Set Automatically is enabled.

  4. Disable Touch ID & Passcode by going to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode. If you don’t already have an Apple ID, visit support.apple.com/apple-id

  5. Access the App Store and search for Fatigue Science Sync app.

  6. Tap the app, and tap Get, then tap Install.

  7. If prompted, enter your Apple ID password then wait for the app to install on your iPad.

2. Tap Actions next to a user's name, then tap Unpair

Unpairing with the Sync app is best because all sleep data on the device is first captured by our system before the watch is unpaired.

However, it's possible to unpair a ReadiWatch from a user account in the web app, but any data on the device that's not been synced via Bluetooth will be lost. For example, if the ReadiWatch last synced to the user's phone two days ago, and is unpaired using the Web app today, the two days of new data will be lost.

1. Sign in to your account at app.fatiguescience.com

Click Manage Location on the menu below your name.

2. Click the location name containing the user

3. When you've found the user you want to unpair the watch for, click View History for the user

4. On the Readiband History tab, click 'Unpair' button to unpair the ReadiWatch

6. Confirm Unpair action
