To be able to run Scenario simulations on ReadiAnalytics, you will need to input sleep data for each scenario.

There are two ways to add sleep to scenarios:

Through the Simulate menu:

  1. Log into Readi

  2. Navigate to ReadiAnalytics

  3. Select Snapshot from the Simulate menu in the sidebar at the left of the page

  4. Click the Scenario Dropdown and select the scenario you want to add sleep data to

  5. Click View/Edit beside the Scenario dropdown menu:

Through the Scenarios tab under Configuration:

  1. Log into Readi

  2. Navigate to ReadiAnalytics or ReadiSupervise

  3. Select Scenarios from the Configure menu in the sidebar in the bottom left corner and click the Scenario Dropdown and select the scenario you want to add sleep data to:

DIFFERENT TYPES OF SLEEP

There are a few different types of sleep that can be added to a scenario:

  • Generic

  • Individual

  • Custom

Generic:

The generic type has 4 different Sleep Profiles to help you estimate the sleep for a given scenario Ideal Sleeper, Good Sleeper, Moderate Sleeper, and Poor Sleeper.

The data shown above will influence the ReadiScore level outputs of the scenarios.

Individual:

The Individual type will add the sleep profile of an individual user of your choosing to the scenario. It is based on actual data from previous captured sleep for this individual and model the sleep according to this user's sleep patterns, wake up, and asleep times.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you don't have any users with captured sleep, this will not generate any sleep data.

Custom:

The Custom type will enable you to be more specific with the data. To use this, you will need to add Sleep Efficiency (for Night and Day sleeps), and Max Sleep Duration (accepted values from 4 - 16 hours). If you are a sleep consultant, a doctor, or has access to your operators sleep patterns, you can model the Custom type of sleep based on this data.

ADDING SLEEP INDIVIDUALLY OR IN BULK

You can add sleep to your scenario shifts individually day by day, or you can choose to bulk add it.

Adding sleep individually:

  1. Open the scenario (follow the instructions at the top of this article to learn how to do so)

  2. Click +ADD button at the top right corner of the pane

  3. Toggle the Add Sleep button

  4. Add the Start Date, Start Time, End Time, and Sleep Profile type

  5. You may choose to Save, which will only save this single sleep, or you may choose to Save & Add More, which will automatically open a new prompt with the following date already pre-filled out for you

IMPORTANT NOTE: Keep in mind that you will need to add sleep data for all days present in the scenario.

Adding sleep in bulk:

  1. Open the scenario (follow the instructions at the top of this article to learn how to do so)

  2. Click AUTO-SLEEP button at the top right corner of the pane

  3. Select the Sleep Profile you would like to add

  4. Click the RUN button. This will out generate sleep for all existing days on your scenario.

SIDE NOTE: Under the advanced options, you may choose to change the Difficult Onset Zone, Ideal Sleep Onset, and Shift Buffer for the selected sleep profile. Just hover over the "i" beside each option to learn more.
