Wearing the Readiband 24/7 is the key accurate sleep and fatigue data. It's okay to take the Readiband off for a few hours during the day if required by a job, or a training and game schedule.
 A Readiband that sits still for too long will register an "off-wrist" period. Off-wrist periods need to be manually reviewed before data can be assigned to a user. If the Readiband is removed for 18 hours or longer, the system will create a gap which will effect the continuity of the sleep data.
