In order to get accurate results, you should wear your Readiband for at least three consecutive days (72 hours). You should not take it off during this period, otherwise it will not be able to record your activity properly.
To increase the accuracy of your sleep report, we recommend that you wear the Readiband for an assessment period of 7 to 14 days.
