Recommended Actions

“Recommended Actions” is a feature that helps supervisors/dispatchers and admins see, assign, and complete the key actions they should take for upcoming and future shifts.

Readi platform will create actions for drivers/operators that will cross the ReadiScore threshold during their shift.

As a result, supervisors/dispatchers can follow through on more actions instead of just viewing risk/forecast data.

Purpose & Goal

  • Main goal: Get supervisors/dispatchers to perform more actions, and make assigning those actions very easy.

  • Objective: For each upcoming and future shift, supervisors/dispatchers can clearly see which actions are recommended and what they should do.

To enable the Readi Platform to create Recommended Actions, it’s necessary to set-up some Rules in the web version of Readi. Those Rules will set the logic that Readi will follow to create the Actions.

Once the Rules fro a Shift are set, the system will show a new buttion in the lower part of the Mobile screen called "Recommended Actions".

By clicking oin this button, users will see a detailed view of the Recommneded Actions created by the Readi Platform for the current Shift.

Among the details displayed by Readi, users can see the Driver/Operator for which the Recommneded Action is created, the Action type, the Due Date and Time for when that action should be completed and the ReadiScore at Time Due.

When clicking on the Driver/Operator name, users can will navigate to the Action Detils screen where they can assign or complete the recommended action, as well as see more detils and the completion notes.

When the Recommneded Action is either assigned, or completed, users can navigate to the Actions tab to see that Action, and its current status (Completed, Scheduled or Overdue).

If not assigned or completed, Recommneded Actions will disappear when the Shift ends. New Recommneded Actions will be created based on the set Rules when a new Shift begins.
