The Today page now features an “Action Status” column, providing Supervisors with immediate visibility into individual action statuses.

This column uses four distinct icons to indicate the current state of an action:

If a user has more than one Action assigned, the Action Status column will still show only one icon based on the following priority order:

Recommended Action
Action Overdue
Action Scheduled
Action Completed

To view detailed information, hover over any icon to trigger a descriptive tooltip:

Supervisors can interact directly with these icons to complete, schedule, or remove actions. This streamlined functionality eliminates the need to navigate away to the Action List page.

You can customize your view by toggling the Action Status column within the Visible Columns menu.

Clicking the Recommended Actions notification on the Today page now opens a slide-out drawer, allowing you to manage suggestions without leaving your current view.

This drawer enhances workflow efficiency by enabling users to assign or complete Recommended Actions directly, bypassing the full Recommended Actions page.

To exit the drawer and return to the Today page, simply click the arrow icon at the top left.
