We are glad to introduce a new feature that lets users subscribe to any Operational Report and receive it via email on a schedule, rather than having to manually generate the same report each time.
Where to find it:
ReadiSupervise & ReadiAnalytics:
New “Operations > Reports” section in the left menu.
Core user experience:
Users click a "Subscribe" button on any Operational Report page, which opens a dialog to configure the subscription.
The dialog has two sections — Report Information and Trigger Information — where users set parameters like date range, frequency, expiration, file format (CSV/XLSX), trigger type (recurring or start-of-shift), start date, and delivery time.
The dialog adapts based on report type: date-range reports (e.g. "Users Flagged") show a lookback days selector, while list-based reports (e.g. "Operator Sync and Sleeps") show location/group selectors.
