ReadiOne gets sleep data from Apple Health. This sleep data usually comes from another app connected to your sleep tracking device, such as Garmin Connect, Fitbit, Oura, or another companion app.
If you recently changed your sleep tracking device or companion app, ReadiOne may still show the name of the app that was previously used to provide your sleep data.
What to do
Open the app connected to your current sleep tracking device.
Make sure your latest sleep data is visible in that app.
Confirm that the app has permission to share sleep data with Apple Health.
Open the Apple Health app and check that your latest sleep data appears there.
Return to ReadiOne and tap SYNC NOW.
Sleep data may take some time to appear in Apple Health after syncing from your tracking app. If your sleep data does not appear right away, please try again later.
After ReadiOne successfully syncs sleep data from your new app, it will update the sleep data source used for future sync guidance.
