Notes & scope
This release focuses on the first set of key operational report types and the end‑to‑end web experience (generate → view → download / delete).
Additional report types (e.g., participation data, questionnaire reports, user permissions exports) are planned for future releases.
New: Bulk User Actions (WEB 1.28.0 / CLOUD 2.33.0)
Managing large teams is now faster and easier with Bulk User Actions on the Users page, under the menu “Configure”.
What’s new
You can now select multiple users at once and perform common management tasks in bulk:
Change Location – Move multiple users to a new location in a single step.
Unpair Devices – Unpair Readi devices from several users at once.
Deactivate Users – Safely deactivate users in bulk when they leave a project or site.
Send Activation Email – Re‑send activation emails to many users together (with built‑in rate limits).
A new selection bar appears at the bottom of the screen when you choose one or more users, showing how many are selected and giving you quick access to bulk actions. You can also right‑click on selected rows to open the same actions via a context menu.
Permissions‑aware by design
Bulk actions respect your existing location and user‑management permissions. You’ll only be able to select and modify users you’re allowed to manage, ensuring safer, controlled changes across your organization.
