Managing Permissions

As a supervisor with Manage Permissions permission, you are able to see and manage the Permissions of other supervisors.

Add Managed Location

In the Permissions modal of another supervisor, you can add more locations for the supervisor to manage. To add more locations:

  1. Click on Select Locations dropdown

  2. Select the location(s) that you would like to add

  3. Click on ADD SELECTED LOCATIONS

  4. You will see the locations added at the bottom of the Location Permissions table with pre-populated permissions based on the last location in the table

  5. Click SAVE once you have added all locations and set the location permissions

Delete Managed Location

You can delete a managed location of another supervisor as long as it is not their home location.

  1. Hover over the location that you want to delete

  2. A trash can icon appears on the left side of the location name

  3. Click the trash can icon and a confirmation modal appears

  4. Click on DELETE

Manage Multiple Areas

If a supervisor needs to have access to multiple areas, you are able to give the supervisor access as long as you have access to those areas as well through the Permissions modal.

  1. In the Permissions modal of the supervisor you want to give access to, click on the Area dropdown. You will see a list of areas that you have access to

  2. Select the Area that you would like to give access to the supervisor

  3. Add Locations that you would like to give access to the supervisor in the Select Locations dropdown

  4. Click ADD SELECTED LOCATIONS

  5. You will see the locations added in the Location Permissions table with default permissions for a Supervisor

  6. You can add more permissions if you would like

  7. Click SAVE
