Updated over a month ago

As a Supervisor with specific permissions, you can see and manage the locations you have access to in your area. Learn more in this article.

Locations Tab

In Configure > Locations, you will see a list of locations you have access to as a Supervisor. You are able to see some information about the Location such as:

  • Name - the name of the location

  • Time Zone - the time zone of the location based on the location address

  • Organization Code - the organization code of the location which you will give to Readi Users to create an account for your organization. Here is a help article for more information.

  • Paired Devices - the number of paired Readi devices with the users in the location

  • Active Users - the number of active users in the location (users who are not deactivated)

  • Supervisors - the number of active supervisors in the location (supervisors who are not deactivated)

  • Total Users - the total number of users in the location including deactivated users

  • Groups - the number of groups in the location

  • Location on map - the geocoordinates of the location

    • Click on the Globe icon and you will be redirected to Google maps in a new tab

Editing a Location

In the Edit Location page, you can edit the following fields:

  • Location Name

  • Address

  • Options section of the location

The User Statistics section is to show you the different location statistics so you can see in a high-level some information about the users within the location.

Add Group for the Location

You are also able to easily add a group for the location you are editing by clicking on + ADD GROUP.

Deleting a Location

When deleting a location, the location SHOULD NOT have any users. All users must be moved to a different location.

In the Edit Location page at the bottom right corner, there is a DELETE LOCATION button. When you click DELETE LOCATION, a confirmation modal shows to make sure that you have removed all users from the location.
