Creating Locations

How to create a Location in ReadiAnalytics or ReadiSupervise

Within an area, you can have multiple locations in our system. Here is how you can create a Location.

Creating a location:

  1. Navigate to ReadiAnalytics or ReadiSupervise.​

  2. Click on Configure from the left side panel.

  3. Click on Locations.

  4. Click on the + CREATE LOCATION button.

  5. Fill out the Location Details.

    1. Note: For the Address field, write the address of your location or just the City, Country. The field will give you suggestions. It will also automatically fill out the Time Zone of the location once the location is saved.

  6. Choose the Options you would like the location to have:

    1. Device wearers can view their own ReadiScores

    2. Users to receive monthly progress email

      1. Users in this location will receive a monthly email showing their sleep and fatigue statistics and how they compare to the previous month. Users can individually unsubscribe or have the setting turned off for them.

    3. Prevent users from editing their sleep

      1. Users in this location will not be able to add or edit their sleep. Only sleep determinations made by the system will be used.

    4. Display deactivated users in reports

      1. Users in this location will see the data for deactivated users in reports such as the Today Forecast in ReadiSupervise and all reports in ReadiAnalytics.

  7. Click on the Save button.
