Mark An Action As Complete

Updated over a week ago

Scheduled Actions need to be updated to mark them as complete. In contrast, Completed Actions are already marked complete at the time of logging and require no further action.

  1. Navigate to the Actions to view your assigned actions.

  2. Use the Overdue and Upcoming filters to view incomplete scheduled actions.

  3. Tap an Action from the filtered Actions.

  4. Tap to expand the Completion Notes section.

  5. Under Completed At, tap Select Date & Time to choose when the action was completed.

  6. (Optional) Add Completion Notes to describe what was done.

  7. Tap UPDATE in the top-right corner to save.

Alternatively, you may tap the empty checkbox on the left side of the action row. This will also open the Scheduled Action page, but it will also automatically open the Completion Notes section and pre-fill the Completed At field with today's date and current time.
