Communication Banners

Throughout the ReadiSupervise application, you may see communication banners displayed at the top of certain pages. The banners are designed to help you stay informed, ensure your setup is complete, and keep everything running smoothly.

Below are the possible banners you may encounter:

  • Bluetooth Permission - prompts the user to grant ReadiSupervise permission to connect to nearby Bluetooth devices

  • Bluetooth - prompts the user to enable Bluetooth

  • Location Permission - prompts the user to grant ReadiSupervise permission to access the mobile device's location

  • Notification Permission - prompts the user to grant ReadiSupervise permission to send push notifications

  • Internet Connectivity (Offline Mode) - informs the user they are not connected to the Internet and the application is operating in Offline Mode

  • Expired Password - informs the user their password is expiring soon or has expired

  • In-app Communication - contains a custom message from our Product team about new features

  • Biometrics Sign In - prompts the user to enable signing in to the application with biometric features supported by their mobile device

  • Scheduled Downtime - informs the user of scheduled system maintenance

  • NPS Survey - prompts the user to participate in a quick customer satisfaction survey
