Communication Banners

Throughout the ReadiOne application, you may see communication banners displayed at the top of certain pages. The banners are designed to help you stay informed, ensure your setup is complete, and keep everything running smoothly.

Below are the possible banners you may encounter:

  1. Internet Connectivity - informs the user they are not connected to the Internet

  2. Bluetooth Permission - prompts the user to grant ReadiOne permission to connect to nearby Bluetooth devices

  3. Bluetooth - prompts the user to enable Bluetooth

  4. Battery Saver - informs the user to disable battery saver or optimization features that interfere with the syncing functionality

  5. Location Permission - prompts the user to grant ReadiOne permission to access the mobile device's location

  6. Low Battery - informs the user that their paired device is low on battery

  7. Notification Permission - prompts the user to grant ReadiOne permission to send push notifications

  8. Firmware Update - informs the user that a firmware update is available for their paired device

  9. Expired Password - informs the user their password is expiring soon or has expired

  10. Complete Device Setup - prompts the user to pair a sleep tracking device to their Readi account

  11. Sleep Questionnaire - prompts the user to start or resume their assigned Sleep Questionnaire

  12. In-app Communication - contains a custom message from our Product team about new features

  13. Biometrics Sign In - prompts the user to enable signing in to the application with biometric features supported by their mobile device

  14. Scheduled Downtime - informs the user of scheduled system maintenance

  15. NPS Survey - prompts the user to participate in a quick customer satisfaction survey
