The Goals feature in the ReadiOne application allows you to set personalized daily targets that support your health. While these goals do not influence your ReadiScore or other analytical outputs, they offer a helpful way to stay aligned with your priorities, both in the application and on your ReadiWatch.
You can configure the following goals:
Sleep Quantity - your target amount of daily sleep
Calories / Day - your target amount of daily calories burned
Steps / Day - your target amount of daily steps taken
Navigate to the Settings page by tapping the Settings ⚙️ icon from the main page.
Tap on the
Goals
option.Tap on the yellow values to the right of each goal to select a new time or enter a new value.
Tap on the
SAVE
button.
