Supervisors can log corrective or preventative fatigue-related actions using the + blue Log Action button, available on the Hotspots, Actions, and Individuals tabs, as well as the Individual User Details page.
Step 1: Tap the Log Action Button
Look for the + blue button in the bottom-right corner of the app.
Select Completed Action when prompted to choose between a completed or scheduled action.
Tip: If you start from the Individual User Details page, the user will be pre-selected as the action’s target.
Step 2: Fill Out Action Details
Expand the Action Details section to begin entering information:
1. Select Target Type
Choose from:
User
Location
Group
2. Select the Target
Tap the Select User, Select Location, or Select Group button, depending on your selection.
You’ll see a list filtered by your access level within the selected Area.
3. Select Action Type
Tap to pick from predefined Action Types configured for your organization.
These are managed in the web versions of ReadiAnalytics or ReadiSupervise.
4. Select Person Responsible
Tap the Select Person Responsible button to pick from Location or Company Managers you have access to in the selected Area.
Tap Add yourself to assign the action to yourself.
Only actions where you are the Person Responsible will appear on your Actions tab in the app.
You must ensure the selected Person Responsible manages the selected Target.
Step 3: Add Completion Notes
Expand the Completion Notes section:
Completed At:
Automatically filled with the current date and time when you began logging the action.
Tap the timestamp to edit if needed.
Must be within the past year.
Completion Notes (optional):
Add any details or context about the action that was taken.
Step 4: Save the Action
Once all required fields are completed, the SAVE button in the top-right corner will become active. Tap it to save the action.
Your Completed Action is now logged and visible in the Actions tab, provided you are the Person Responsible.
