If you need assistance, our Support Team is here to help. You can submit a support request directly through the ReadiSupervise application, which will automatically attach a copy of the application's logs. These logs help our team analyze the issue more efficiently, allowing us to provide faster and more accurate support.

  1. Navigate to the Settings page by tapping the Settings ⚙️ icon from the main page.

  2. Tap on the option Help.

  3. Tap on the option Contact support.

  4. Select the subject that best matches your issue from the available options.

  5. In the field below, provide as much detail as possible about the issue you're experiencing. Include any relevant information, such as error messages, recent actions taken, or steps to reproduce the problem.

  6. Tap on the button SEND.

Our Support Team will review your request and send a response to the email associated with the signed-in account. Keep an eye on your inbox for updates and further instructions.
