Offline Mode

Updated over a week ago

In high-performance industries like mining and transportation, we know that Internet connectivity cannot always be guaranteed, but fatigue risk decisions cannot wait. That is why ReadiSupervise supports Offline Mode, ensuring that supervisors stay informed and empowered even in the most remote environments. Offline Mode helps supervisors prepare in advance and continue managing their crew's fatigue risk safely without interruption.

How It Works

Before heading into an area with limited connectivity, simply open ReadiSupervise and load today's shift and segment data (locations and groups you are supervising). This will store relevant information on your device so it remains accessible while offline.

Once you've gone offline, the following features will remain available:

  • Hotspots: View pre-loaded fatigue insights for your crew

  • Log Actions: Record actions taken or scheduled, which are saved locally until reconnection

  • Individual Users: Access user data (ReadiScores, Sync status, recent Sleep)

  • Individual User Details: See all ReadiScores for a user's shift and additional details

When your device reconnects to the Internet, all newly logged actions and edits will automatically sync to the Readi system.

What Is Unavailable In Offline Mode:

  • Selecting new areas, shifts, locations, or groups

  • Syncing ReadiWatch or ReadiBand devices

  • Using Training Mode

  • Contacting Fatigue Science Support through the app

Important Notes

  • While offline, newly logged actions and action edits are saved locally only.

  • They are not visible to other users or the Readi system until you reconnect to the internet.

  • If you attempt to sign out while offline, you will receive a warning that any unsynced data will be lost if you proceed.
