ReadiWatch and ReadiBand devices can now be synced using the ReadiSupervise application by enabling the feature Enable automatic syncing on the Settings page.
After enabling the feature Automatic Syncing, the application will attempt to sync all unsynced devices that are in Bluetooth range of the mobile device.
Scanning will automatically turn off after 15 minutes.
Automatic Syncing
For the best user experience, complete your selection for Locations and Groups and Shift so the users you manage are visible within the Individuals > Sync tab.
Navigate to the Settings page by tapping the Settings ⚙️ icon from the main page.
Tap on the toggle for the setting
Enable automatic syncing.Please go ahead and return to the tab Individuals > Sync to observe the syncing process.
Manually Syncing Devices
After 15 minutes have elapsed since the last time a device synced, you may re-sync it by tapping the Manual Sync button 🔄 on a user's row.
